We are expanding and seeking talented committed personnel for experienced account and administration executive position.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of full set account
- Assist in day-to-day accounting & admin operations
- To ensure timely preparation of monthly financial report
- To monitor monthly expenses schedules, prepared payment voucher, invoices, debit notes and credit notes
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines and schedules
- Assist in checking expenses and staff claims
- Assist and perform bank's reconciliation
- To keep track of relevant documents, record and proper filing
- Assist in daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc accounting assignment.
- Good attitude, responsible and hardworking.
- To monitor monthly expenses schedules, prepared payment voucher, invoices, debit notes and credit notes
- To update and monitor bank balances
- To process staff salary, petty cash/staff claim
- To check and allocate accounts code on transactions and enter into the computerized accounting system
- To prepare bank, creditor and inter-company reconciliations
- To ensure proper filing of documents
- To assist in the closing of monthly management accounts including audit and tax schedules

PERSON'S REQUIREMENT
- Degree/ Diploma in Accounting;
- Be a team player who also able to work well independently and under a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Preferably Chinese due to the nature of business to communicate well with clients as well as colleague;
SKILLS
- Experienced in Accounting Software ( preferably AutoCount Accounting Software );
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- High Proficient in written and spoken English ;
- Literarcy in Mandarin - write, speak and read ;
- Report & Letter writing ;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
