Reporting to the Marketing and PR manager, the Marketing Executive will need to support the strategy, planning and execution of marketing campaigns, strategise branding and content direction across dual brands, and ensure all marketing communications are aligned with brand and company identity.

Compile information for press releases and member communication and privileges.


He/She will also have KPIs attached and aligned to the overall performance of the business in Malaysia covering brand, acquisition/sales and member experience/retention (net member movement).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate marketing activations for inclub, abovetheline and digital touch points. This includes external events, outreach activations, social media engagements, merchandise sourcing and other marketing activities.
  • Assist in content production (photo/video) for social media platforms (socials i.e. IG, TikTok)
  • Copywriting and reviewing member communication (posters, notices, social posts)
  • Maintain industry relevancy by identifying, analysing and staying uptodate with the latest digital trends and best practices;
  • Manage project deadlines and necessary deliverables to ensure they are met;
  • Maintain good relationships and liaise with various internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of projects;
  • Manage the production of all necessary collaterals and/or products necessary for the projects;
  • Prepare postproject reports and further analyse the opportunity to expand or improve ROI;
  • Supporting other colleagues whether within the team or interdepartment on selected projects or assignments.requirements


 Copywriting skills
  • Able to write and craft copy accordingly to the relevant brand's tone and manner
  • Is an independent selfstarter with a positive attitude, growth mindset, and willingness to try new things.
  • Possesses a sharp eye for detail and displays resourcefulness
  • Shows a keen interest in health and fitness and willingness to try new things
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
  • Able to multitask and has good timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
