Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issue.

  • Liaise with operation retail to resolve IT services issues (During Operation hours) and provide full support.
  • Assist in creating and implementing IT operation and security policies.
  • Perform adhoc IT Task.

Job Requirement

  • Competent in using Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Have experience in Navision system.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • With Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in IT support role.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/ Computer
  • Hardware/ Software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work independent with min supervision

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
