JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage sales program based on the assigned market segments through multi-level sales and marketing campaign.
  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Coordinates all aspects of special events/projects/promotions as it relates to each market segment, including planning, developing, and implementing programs, budget management and evaluation of the success of each event.
  • Stay abreast of market and industry changes and recommend adjustments to all market segment programs.
  • Prepare and coordinate sales trips including travel arrangements, planning sales calls and strategies for each venue, and preparing collateral material.
  • Ensure that accurate databases for all market segments are developed and maintained and that materials are properly distributed to clients on a timely basis.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and set individual sales targets with the team.
  • Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members as well as assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Ø Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.

Ø Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests.

Ø Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support hotel operations or events.

Ø Complying with the company's grooming standard.

Ø Requires a valid driver's license and passport.

Ø Must be willing to travel to conduct business if required.

Pay:
RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
