  • Implementing a sales Management process in identifying key customers and prospects.
  • Execute the sales meeting with customers to improve Johor Bahru Office sales target.
  • Develop sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Maximizing operation potential to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
  • Provide contingency planning to the operation team to minimize delivery disruptions to customers.
  • Participate with the Sales team for the new customer bidding process.
  • Analyzing the market and sales trends, periodically reviewing competitor's performance through the sales team and checking on gaps in performance and seeking reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.
  • Analyzing feedback from potential and existing customers and preparing reports to the Management.
  • Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.
  • Ensure all the activities are in compliance with business ethics and Company code of conduct.
  • Provides strategic and people leadership of the functions and guides the Company growth

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in any related fields
  • At least above 5 years experience in Sales Management or Logistics Industry for
  • Good business acumen and knowledge in the logistics industry including all modes oftransportation and warehousing.
  • Commercial flair and a proven ability to develop close relationships with key customers, customers, government officers, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient ethical leadership abilities and Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Additional Information:

Company Industry: Logistic

Working Location: Johor Bahru

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6.15pm)
