_ Responsibilities:
_- Identifies areas of improvements and proposed the improvement plans to the customers

  • Provide solution to medium to complex requirements
  • Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates to enable them to manage their daytoday operations
  • Manage and coordinate resolutions of change requests and/or projects that may involves system enhancements and training requests
  • Manages midlevel management clients, company management and project team expectations for agreed upon project performance by obtaining and providing project metrics. Recommends and implements changes or alternate paths based upon performance and metrics.
  • Develops and makes presentations that could lead to expanded business opportunities. Participates in proposal efforts and sales calls to enhance opportunities for future business deals with client.
  • Oversees assigned personnel for projects / operations. Assigns work and provides direction about timeliness and completion of project /incidents and change requests objectives. Addresses performance issues within prescribed guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering or related field preferred
  • 2 or 3 years of implementation projects for Ariba.
  • 5 or more years of related working experience in SAP Support environment and/or SAP project implementation in the areas of logistics.
  • Keep abreast with SAP technology advancements and developments and have the ability to understand and utilise new technology.
  • Knowledge in the areas of SAP Ariba for the following areas:
Supplier Management

Strategic Sourcing

Procurement

Integration

  • Knowledge in the areas of SAP MM and/or SAP MM on S/4 HANA will be an added advantage
  • Ability to read, write and speak in
    English and
    Japanese is a must.
  • ITIL v 4 certified will be an added advantage

  • Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
  • Willingness to travel
