  • Act as the Central Key User for global Controlling Systems within the Tire Sector, overseeing processes in SAP ERP Tempo (CO, IM-PS, CO-PC, CO-PA) and SAP BW eBITs (MARKIS, Kompas, Cosimo, Drive).
  • Take on worldwide project/support responsibilities related to Controlling Systems.
  • Lead the conceptual design, development, and documentation of business processes linked to eBITs applications and SAP CO.
  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to business requirements and corporate standards in system solutions.
  • Handle Change Management by preparing and overseeing conceptual changes and extensions, as well as coordinating and testing system modifications carried out by both internal and external service providers.
  • Provide Second Level Support for the Local Key User Organization in Incident Management, resolving user issues and requests while collaborating with IT on solutions.
  • Maintain central master data and business rules for all Controlling Processes.
  • Offer consulting and training to users in central departments and tire companies.
  • Engage in and lead international projects, such as rollouts and new developments.
  • Manage coordination and reconciliation tasks during month-end closing processes.
  • Create process documentation for local key and end users.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops for local key and end users.
  • Possess an academic degree in business administration or information technology, such as a bachelor's or master's.
  • Have several years of experience in controlling, expertise in SAP CO processes and functions, forecasting, budgeting, target cost, product calculation, and basic knowledge of related modules like MM, FI, SD, PP.
  • Demonstrate experience in project implementation.
  • Exhibit fluent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Showcase strong analytical, conceptual, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Display good communication skills and intercultural sensitivity.
  • Be willing to travel globally.
