- Handle Full sets of account (GL/AP/AR/Bank/Petty Cash and etc) / operation functions including AP & AR
- Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes
- Maintain updated and proper records of all financial transactions
- Assist in maintenance of account payable general policies & procedures including but not limited to checking on the payment approval forms and other payment related tasks.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, and other relevant professionals and authorities.
- Manages company's forecast, budget and cost analysis for projects
- Responsibilities include closing of monthly accounts and submissions of reports on a timely manner
- Assist with preparation of year end schedules and liaise with auditors when needed
- Assist in company administration related matters
- To perform any other duties & responsibilities as and when necessary assigned by management.
Salary:
RM4, RM7,500.00 per month
