This position is to assist the Sr HR Executive to execute daily task. He also supports in ensuring the HR policy is well
- adhered by staff throughout the company wide. He is also responsible for the day-to-day admin task.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Executing Staff Attendance Management (Annual Leave, MC and other leave compensation)
- Responsible in disciplinary issue for prepare Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter and Breach of Contract.
- In charge for staff locker and keys.
- To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Fresh graduate encouraged to apply
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and writing) in Business English.
- Matured and disciplined with discreet disposition is preferred.
- Good organization skill, proactive and able to take the lead.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision and pressure

From RM1,800.00 per month
