An experienced AR professional who can work independently, understand customer risks profile, who performs credit review process, with prior experience working on credit review model for technology or electronic manufacturing companies, could partner sales or sales operations team, and can handle global/regional collections responsibilities to meet working capital KPI.

Preferably he/she possesses good communication skills, with an outgoing personality, possess good business acumen and has proven record on business partnering.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read and document the credit analysis based on customer financials, and present to Sales/Sales operations his/her credit recommendations.
  • In charge of the global customer credit review process, based on a sound credit risk evaluation model.
  • Recommend appropriate credit limit reflecting of the customers' financial standing and business potential
  • Monitors customer invoice aging closely, and actively collect to reduce the risk of noncollectability of disputed or aged invoices.
  • Support accounting in their monthend close process and dealing with auditors on AR matters.
  • Business partnering with Sales and Sales Operation managers.
  • Working understanding of SOX and able to maintain good governance over the credit review and collection process.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related discipline

Experience Requirement:

  • A problem solver, who can work in unstructured and complex environment
  • A good communicator, and proactive in identifying potential collection risks
  • At least 4 years of regional/global credit analyst and collection experience with a technology or electronics manufacturing company.
  • Team player, possess positive working attitude, proactive and independent contributor.
  • Proficient in Excel and other analytical/presentation skills
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work across cultures, functions and borders
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage KPIs to meet working capital management target
