**Job Description:
- *
  • Check parts availability and supply required by technicians to ensure no delay in repair work.
  • Prepare documents to order parts required in accordance to parts order list.
  • Receive stock and verify Delivery Note with PO in order to ensure accurate and good delivery.
  • Report on any discrepancy of parts received.
  • Assist SA to provide customer with repair or purchase quotation.
  • Administrate related documentation for submission to Finance Department as well for audit purposes.
  • Practice proper housekeeping and monitor the safety of parts storage.
  • Ensure compliance to parts policies and processes to minimize deviation in service levels and maintaining good customer service.
  • Perform any other duties that may be delegated from superior from time to time.
**Requirement:

  • Minimum Spm, Stpm, Certificate or Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduated are welcome.
  • Must posses (D) License.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Regular working hours, Monday
  • Saturday

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
