As a Customer Relationship Officer, you'll be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring positive relationships and effective communication.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Booking Arrangements:

  • Coordinate appointments and bookings for Yumeiho therapy sessions within different channel (calls/whatsupp/online booking or walk in) or social media platform (FA, Insta, etc)
  • Ensure accurate scheduling and timely communication with clients.
  • Maintain an organized booking system.

Collections:

  • Process customer invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Track outstanding balances and follow up with clients for timely payments.
  • Handle paymentrelated inquiries professionally.

Customer Engagement:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.

Telemarketing:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Yumeiho therapy services via campaign onsite or online
  • Introduce our offerings, answer questions, and encourage bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of telemarketing interactions.

Basic Bookkeeping:

  • Record financial transactions related to bookings, collections, and telemarketing efforts.
  • Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist with monthend closing procedures as needed.
  • Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., aging reports).

Other Duties:

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.

Experience/Skills Required:

Female Applicant Only

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.

Additional Assets:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
RM1, RM3,200.00 per month
