Production Admin Executive

Assist in sourcing and purchasing of bakery ingredients, packaging materials, supportive materials/consumables

  • Generate Purchasing orders and follow through to receiving of goods
  • Ensure assured supply of raw materials by timely purchase of materials
  • Monitor movement of material usage, ensure stocks adequate with optimum inventory level
  • Assist in conducting suppliers assessment to ensure suppliers meeting quality / specification requirement
  • Arrange usage of materials with FIFO/FEFO system
  • Ensure materials used are recorded for traceability purpose
  • Responsible for stock take and generate weekly/monthly/yearly stock closing report
  • Responsible to generate MOs, update and file all production related documents/reports/records
  • Coordinates with Finance on timely submission of reports
  • Participate in Food Safety Management System program (Mock Recall, internal audit, customers audit, etc)
  • Participate in Vendor assurance program, Supplier QBR, Suppliers day, Supplier audit, etc

Requirements:

  • Cert/Diploma in Food Technology or related field
  • Preferable with GMP, HACCP, FSMS Knowledge
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Minimum 13 years working experience in manufacturing environment.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,300.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
