**Job Summary**

This role is responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key players in the value-chain.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and increase revenue in the assigned region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and evaluate current market position.
  • Meet or exceed sales budget targets while maintaining timely collection of payments.
  • Provide accurate market information on demands and trends in the assigned region.
  • Coordinate and organize marketing and promotional activities in the assigned region.
  • Support customers on questions about product specifications and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and submit reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Sciences, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales and/or agriculture business; candidates with sales experience in other industries are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels in Malay and Mandarin; English preferable.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently within and across region.
  • Possess a local driving license.
