What You'll do:

This is an exciting new opportunity to drive skill development initiatives for Cisco Malaysia.


You will be responsible for partners and programs that drive student growth in vocational, professional, and the underemployed youth sectors.


  • Managing the operations of NetAcad in Malaysia, you will work closely with our academy support partners.
  • Work with incountry/regional teams to align the program with meaningful corporate initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with external partners (public sector, colleges, universities, vocational) to achieve both social and business impact of NetAcad.
  • Work with state & central government agencies, colleges, universities, and polytechnics to grow the NetAcad Program.

Who You Are:


You will understand the Public Sector in Malaysia, especially around vocational and technical education; and are able to establish relationships at mid-level within Public Sector.


  • Strong working knowledge of technology trends and innovations in the education market; a plus if in sectors with high relevance to Networking or Cybersecurity.
  • Ability to handle and orchestrate complex crossfunctional (internal and external teams) projects and programs.
  • Ability to build the link between technology and social/business impact. Clearly understand business processes and operations.
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Most importantly you must be an individual who strongly believes in the power of teamwork, collaboration, and partnerships. Selfstarter, influencer, and excellent communicator. Ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, with strong accountability and responsibility.
