JOB RESPONSIBILITIES_

i) To carry out daily routine inspection on M&E items i.e common area lightings, pumps, lifts, escalators, fire fighting system and maintain a checklist/report


ii) Perform daily routine on general mall maintenance such as up-keeping of electrical, air-conditioning (AHU system) and plumbing & sanitary systems and builder's work repairs.

Execution of preventive, corrective programs, and reactive maintenance/repair.

iii) Bring awareness to Superior and brainstorm problems relating to criticality of building M&E system and to follow up till cases are closed.

iv) Inspection of leased premise renovation and reinstatement works are satisfactorily completed by tenants' contractors and report to Superior on job status and completion.

v) Proactively resolve tenants' issues that are recurring and building design system related.

vi) Undertakes other duties as may be assigned by Superior on tasks for the mall.

vii) To carry out daily routine inspection on repair/renovation works and to submit report/checklist

viii) To take daily meter reading on electrical and water bulk meter.

ix) To check and maintain stock on tools and hardware items.

x) To check and maintain a proper key system within management/operation office

xi) To carry out minor masonry and electrical work according to instruction

xii) To maintain technician log book that is updated daily

xiii) To be on standby/attend to site for any M&E problems xiv) To coordinate with contractors on M&E items/matters

xv) Performs basic maintenance for electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs and painting. xvi) Repairs ceiling plaster and repaints.

xvii) Replaces burnt out lights and ballasts as needed.

xviii) Cycles trash compactors for safety checks and maintains cleanliness of equipment.

xix) Repairs holes in mall roads and repairs interior doors.


xx) Changes oil in machinery, normal service for AHU cooling tower (Once a Month) xxi) Responds to tenant problems such as roof leaks, and storage spaces, etc.

xxii) Performs preventive maintenance on required equipment.

Requirements:

i) 1 year working experience in mall / hotel industry


ii) Able to perform minor servicing for AHU cooling tower (outdoor unit) i.e replace belting, chemical cleaning, inspection and identify AHU system error/defect.

iii) Minimum Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
