岗位职责 Job Scopes:
- 负责询比价、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作;
- 监控,控制不合理的物资采和消费;
- 对供应商提供设备的筛选、检查、发货及质保工作;
- 建立对供应商的资信、履约、售后服务能力及物资市场价格状况和走势的综合评估系统;
- 不断开发新的供应渠道和供应商,加强对新老客户的走访和调查;
- 制定供应商管理办法,加强对供应商的管理、考核,确保供应商提供产品的优良性;

  • Handle the administrative aspect to ensure smooth, efficient and effective overall logistics.
  • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, bills, maintenance)
  • Liaise with the authorities to ensure the company licenses are updated.
  • To monitor & carry out weekly, monthly physical stock count and report to immediate superior for variance with reason.
  • Handle the order purchase, oversea shipment, stock control (documentation).
  • Perform and juggle the following job scopes (Quotation, PO, Delivery Schedule and Invoice)

任职资格 Requirements:
- 大专或本科及以上学历;

  • 2年以上快递物流行业经验,有带团队经验,有电商客户拓展经验优先;
- 熟悉物流、快递相关知识;
- 精通办公自动化,沟通表达能力突出

  • Require
    Mandarin speaker as the position need to communicate with HQ China
:

  • Diploma and above
  • Familiar with logistic related knowledge
  • Min 2 years and above working experience in Purchasing/Procurement role is preferable. Open for fresh graduates.
  • Logistic background, ecommerce customer development background is highly preferable
  • Full of work enthusiasm and team work awareness

Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
