ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Analysis:Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, to assess the financial health and performance of clients or potential investments.

Market Research:Research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Due Diligence: Assist in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions, investments, and other financial transactions.

Financial Reporting:Prepare and maintain financial reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks and propose risk mitigation strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, legal, marketing, and operations, to support corporate finance initiatives.

Compliance: Ensure that all financial activities adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.

Financial Strategy:Contribute to the development of financial strategies and recommendations for clients and the company.

Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate finance through training and self-improvement.

QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the corporate finance field.
  • Strong ethical values and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCES
Experience: 3 years & above

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
