Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business and Product Development teams.
  • Perform sales data entry using HUBSPOT.
  • Generate and qualify business leads.
  • Create engaging social media content.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and events.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research and present findings.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Introduce tour packages persuasively.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques.
  • Record information accurately in HUBSPOT CRM.
  • Follow up on leads to encourage conversions.
  • Stay updated on new offerings and promotions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Seek opportunities to improve sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Retail Management, Corporate Administration, Entrepreneurship, International Business Management or equivalent
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Team player, independent, fast learner, and able to multitask
