Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Kuala Lumpur for a Live Chat Support - Mandarin Speaker (Fresh Graduates). The role entails providing customer support and handling live chats in Mandarin with proficiency and accuracy. The role involves working in shifts and adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
Designation:
Social Media Chat Support - Mandarin Speaker
Location:
KL Sentral
Working hours: 24/7 rotational shift
Salary:
RM3,200 - RM4,100 (basic) + RM500 (complexity allowance) + KPI allowance + shift allowance

Requirements:
- Able to read and write in simplified and traditional Chinese
- Diploma holders require 1 year working experience
- SPM leavers with 3 years working experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts
- Eye for detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with live chat support systems is a plus
Responsibility
- Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as Required
- Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes,data entry requirements, and complaint management processes
- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the
