Perform collection of maintenance fee, book-keeping administration.

  • Accounting to ensure up to date credit control.
  • Timely insurance of billing, notices, reminders, payment and etc.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Attend and assist residents query/ complaints tactfully arrange appropriate method.
  • To handle documentation & administration of all policies by following house rules, SOP
  • Assist in organize AGM, EGM of the strata condo.
  • Taking care office administrative necessary.
  • To generate reports to management & JMB

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated at least in Diploma/ Advance/ Degree in
    Accounts or equivalent.
  • Executive with 2 years Accounting working experience in
    Management Office/
    Property Management.
  • Able to handle full set accounts will be added advantage.
  • Willing to handle in customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Teamwork, discipline, initiative, positive attitude.
  • Able to work at USJ One(Condominium)
  • Office location: USJ One
  • Must be willing to work Saturday (half day)
