Job Descriptions:

  • Accurately preparing consignment notes and delivery orders.
  • Tracking shipment orders for timely deliveries.
  • Updating delivery statuses daily for effective client communication.
  • Performing data entry and maintaining stock movement records.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing premiums at the warehouse.
  • Handling various warehouse activities, including inventory management and material handling.
  • Attending to delivery enquiries by customers and handle it with our courier / logistics partner.
  • Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in logistics administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Work from Monday to Saturday
  • OT & Incentives would be given when necessary.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
