Application Admin Clerk Job Description
Main Operation Support
- Documents filing for all clients in softcopy and hardcopy. Such as Workplan, Work Schedule and etc
- Inventory Update Support
- Submit ST License Application
- Submit MIDA Application
- Contractor RFQ Documentation Support
- Tender Documentation Support
- Client Loan Application Support
Sub Operation Support
- Master Data back up on every Friday or Saturday.
b. Google Drive files
- Assist Finance Team in update Client Payment Status.
- Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
- Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
- Meeting with Manager, Director on Monday for weekly progress update
Administrative Clerk Requirements
Proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
Diploma or Degree in Administrative or related field.
Strong communication skills; ability to interact productively with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
Well Organizational skills in Admin and Procurement documentation
Excellent time management and independent
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 3 years' experience in Administration field
