Our journey began in 2018, when we made the first bottle of teriyaki sauce and our friends liked it. Since then, we continue to build and improve our sauces so more people can enjoy them.

Today, we are a sauce production company with a 10,000 sqft production area, with the capability of producing 2MT of sauce per day.

We also produce ready-to-eat products and meat products for food service industry.

Requirement

• Preferably possess at least a Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 1-3 years of related working experience in food production industry (research and development/Quality control department).
• Enjoy cooking and willing to explore new culinary ideas and food concepts.
• Possess great taste sensory. Able to tell the taste profile of a products.
• Understanding in Quality Assurance System in sauce production is preferable.
• Possess strong leadership qualities with good discipline
• Willing to work independently and ready to take challenges.
• Good problems solving and decision making skills.

Job description

• Assist in modifying existing recipes of products, developing new ones, finding new raw material sources and inventing new food concepts.
• Carry out Quality check on daily production products (Taste, texture, PH, Brix and others).
• Conduct shelf life testing and handle food additives in order to achieve required food functions.
• Ensure food safety & Halal requirement are met by developing & executing QA/QC Plan/SOP for production.
• Manage batch samples and documentation for traceability.

Job description

• Conduct shelf life testing and handle food additives in order to achieve required food functions.
• Ensure food safety & Halal requirement are met by developing & executing QA/QC Plan/SOP for production.
• Manage batch samples and documentation for traceability.
• Monitor production efficiency & wastage.

RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
