Responsibilities:

  • Records minutes of various meetings.
  • Prepare any official letters needed for the employees.
  • Ongoing contribution to any related continuous improvement initiatives through development, implementation and support.
  • Maintain confidentiality of documents and whatever confidential information received and/or have knowledge of.
  • Generate Delivery Order and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support of the usage of software (Microsoft, RYMNET) and hardware (PC, Laptop) towards employees including creating a manual for the reference.
  • Monitor HALAL critical part/ area in the processing plant.
  • Maintain the ehalal system and keep the system updated all the time.
  • Monitor the expiration date for all the Halal Certificate.
  • Assist in Internal Halal Training.
  • Attend Halal courses and training if required.
  • Provide documentation and filling system support.
  • To support, participate and followup on external and internal audit and audit report.
  • To assist on improvement and perform sertu cleansing procedures for any deviation which involves contamination from najs mughallazah.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.
  • Update Product Table monthly (including New SKU and all product information).
  • Weekly forecast updated (number of forecasts and all information for each week).
  • Assist the R&D team to obtain halal certificates for new materials (suppliers).
  • Prepare delivery notes.
  • Keep data of production record in excel.
  • Calculate efficiency in the production department.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant fields is preferred.
  • Computer skills using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to system analysis to achieve work goals especially in Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Must have typhoid injection card.
  • Well known in inputting and compiling data and documents.
  • Discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to recognize the importance of selfinstruction and time management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Able to work independently.

Good to have:

  • Halal Executive certificated by JAKIM.
  • Positive attitude and comfortable dealing with superior and colleague.
  • Food handling certificate (preferred).
