Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding;
  • Developing and implementing effective hiring strategies to attract top talent;
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies;
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing with handson experience in payroll software;
  • To ensure compliance with Employment Act and statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & Income Tax) regulations;
  • To maintain and update employee records / database and ensure proper filing system on related documentation in the personal file;
  • Data analysis and reporting;
  • Keeping abreast of changes in regulations affecting the industry and implementing necessary adjustments in HR policies;
  • Communicating and enforcing policies effectively among employees;
  • Managing the compensation and benefits packages. Administering compensation and benefits programs tailored to the industry's competitive standards;
  • Conducting salary reviews and ensuring competitiveness in the market;
  • Identifying training needs and organizing training programs;
  • Promoting employee development and career progression;
  • Preparing and managing the HR and admin department budget;
  • Liaise with insurance service agent on the employees data update for the purpose of insurance coverage;
  • Managing administrative tasks, including office facilities, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 year(s) of relevant HR and administrative management experience are typically required, preferably in a managerial or leadership role;
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office is often required for data management and reporting;
  • A proactive, detailedoriented, dynamic leader and team player with good analytical problem solving communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in written and oral English with excellent communication and report writing skills;
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
