**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding;
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies;
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing with hands-on experience in payroll software;
- To ensure compliance with Employment Act and statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & Income Tax) regulations;
- To maintain and update employee records / database and ensure proper filing system on related documentation in the personal file;
- Communicating and enforcing policies effectively among employees;
- Identifying training needs and organizing training programs;
- Liaise with insurance service agent on the employees data update for the purpose of insurance coverage;
- Managing administrative tasks, including office facilities, supplies, and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of relevant HR and administrative management experience are typically required
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office is often required for data management and reporting;
- A proactive, detailed-oriented, dynamic leader and team player with good analytical problem solving communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in written and oral English with excellent communication and report writing skills;
Ability to work independently and under tight deadline

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
