Provide guidance and resolution for complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.

  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Advise managers on disciplinary actions and assist in preparing necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify staffing needs and assist in the selection process for key positions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless and effective integration.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes that align with company goals and values.
  • Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Assist in designing and executing performance improvement plans as necessary.
  • Work with leadership to identify training and development needs at both individual and team levels.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters related to employment.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee benefits programs, considering employee needs and company budget.
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for management that highlight key HR indicators and insights.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Balik Pulau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
Human Resources Management: 2 years (preferred)
