Position Summary:

This is a full-time on-site internship role for an HR Intern located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with 0-1 years of working experience to join our HR Internship Program.

The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, and project collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations: Support daily HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing employment documentation. Gain exposure to HRIS systems and best practices in data management.

Employee Engagement: Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives, including events, activities, and recognition programs. Contribute ideas to foster a positive workplace culture.

Onboarding and Training: Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing orientation materials, and facilitating induction sessions. Contribute to the planning and execution of training programs to support employee development.

Project Collaboration: Collaborate with HR team members on various projects, such as policy development, performance management, and HR analytics. Gain insights into strategic HR initiatives and contribute to project deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 01 years of working experience in HR or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
