Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, passports, visas, and right to work documentation.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate employee records and information.
    • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll management.
  • Training and Development
    • Design and implement training programs to develop and retain high-performing talents.
    • Conduct yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Management
    • Ensure timely and accurate performance evaluations, including probationary and annual reviews.
    • Manage employee relations, including grievances, queries, and discipline.
  • Global HR Functions
    • Oversee HR activities globally, including multitasking and effective communication in a multicultural environment.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with exposure to global HR functions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with minimal supervision.
