**Job Position & Job Descriptions**
Position: Human Resource (HR) Executive
Status: Permanent position

**Salary**: Basic starting at RM 1,800 - RM 2,500.00

**Job Descriptions**:
1. Meramal keperluan pekerja di setiap jabatan.
2. Bertanggungjawab dalam proses pengambilan pekerja.
3. Bertanggungjawab dalam latihan & pembangunan pekerja.
4. Bertanggungjawab dengan onboarding dan proses keluar pekerja.
5. Bertanggungjawab dengan proses berkaitan perletakan jawatan, pentadbiran cuti, faedah perubatan, kenaikan pangkat dan gaji pekerja.
6. Memberi penjelasan mengenai buku panduan pekerja syarikat kepada kakitangan.
7. Memastikan semua dokumen dilengkapkan dan dikemas kini dalam fail kakitangan.
8. Mengetahui KPI dan sasaran setiap jabatan.
9. Bertanggungjawab dalam menyediakan memo atau perubahan prosedur dan polisi baru oleh pihak pengurusan.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Mempunyai mínima diploma dalam bidang berkaitan.
2. Mempunyai mínima 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang pengurusan sumber manusia.
3. Mempunyai pengetahuan tentang sumber manusia (HR).
4. Mempunyai skill-skill berkaitan seperti writing skill, communication skill, analytic skill, decision-making skill dan teliti.
