Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and assist in marketing and operation processes.
  • Support Reception Area.
  • Manage inquiries and school tours.
  • Manage all student visa/pass and guardian passes, including applying, renewing and canceling, by liaising with related government departments.
  • To perform the full spectrum of marketing and administrative duties.
  • Work closely with the Admission & Marketing team to market school events such as exhibitions and roadshows.
- update and maintain the database of students' information.

  • Process paperwork for accepted students ⁠Examine the current admissions process.
- ⁠Provide students with information about the admissions process and attend inquiries accordingly.

Requirements :

  • Minimum possess a Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 23 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education or hospitality industry with involvement in customer relations or equivalent.
  • Familiar with international school education and have some understanding of the expat community.
  • Mandarin speaking is an added advantage;
  • Proficient communicator both oral and written;
  • Able to work beyond normal working hours when needed.
