Objectives of this role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain leadingedge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
  • Evaluate organizational methods and provide sourcetotarget mappings and informationmodel specification documents for datasets
  • Create bestpractice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
  • Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships

Role Description

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to track key sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct adhoc analysis and data to answer specific business questions and provide insights into sales performance.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of sales forecasting models to support sales planning processes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales analytics and data visualization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in sales operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data analysis clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
