As a summer analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models

  • Preparing presentations and other materials for clients
  • Participating in due diligence sessions, communications, and interaction with deal team members
  • Managing several projects at once and working effectively as an individual and as part of a team

  • Developing and leveraging a truly global network

Our Summer Analyst program is designed to offer a broad and exciting experience of work as a full-time Investment Banking Analyst. During the summer, you will be placed within one of our industry, country, or product coverage teams. Your training and development are our top priority, with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program, in addition to on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout.

Program Overview:

The Summer program is a 10-week program designed to provide Summer Analysts with a unique opportunity to gain exposure to life at Bank of America and make significant contributions to the team. The Summer program begins with an orientation and induction to the firm. Summer Analysts are given a true associate experience, with assignments mirroring full-time responsibility and including goal-setting and a formal review process.
