  • Liaise with different departments, customers, and suppliers to meet objectives and understand their requirements.
  • Develop a continuous improvement culture in QA and ensure Lean Manufacturing principles are applied.
  • Meet financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, and avoiding quality-related complaints and claims.
  • Maintain and improve product quality, quality systems, and compliance audits.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience in the plastic injection moulding industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in managing external and internal quality audit programs.
  • Experience in effective customer and supplier management.
  • Good understanding of quality requirements and proficient knowledge of production processes.
  • Knowledge of QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality-related tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, and ISO14001.
