We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager of Manufacturing to lead our Tier 1 automotive manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale production facilities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the highest quality standards in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production output, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including IATF
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and forecast production needs.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role within a Tier 1 automotive supplier.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale production facilities and achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality standards (e.g., IATF
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
