Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years work experience in related field with experience in operations management role, with a track record of success in driving operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of operational principles, processes, and best practices.
