Prepare service-related documents to clients.
Provide advisory services to clients on corporate secretarial, accounting, and payroll service matters.
Advise clients on statutory requirements and ensure compliance filings are completed in a timely manner.
Follow up with clients on service progress, including onboarding and due diligence checks.
Resolve client inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.
Good command of mandarin will be advantageous.2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants with relevant experience may be considered for senior roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
Strong self-learning ability and strong result driven person.
Passion for corporate services and a good team player.
Comprehensive training will be provided.
