Cash Management Support:
Assist in monitoring daily cash balances and reconciling bank accounts to ensure accurate cash reporting.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and analysis to support liquidity management and funding decisions.
Facilitate the execution of routine cash transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and deposit reconciliations.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Gather and analyze financial data to support treasury-related reporting and decision-making processes.
Prepare regular reports on cash positions, cash flow projections, and treasury performance metrics.
Assist in preparing financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Banking and Treasury Operations:


Maintain banking relationships and coordinate with banks on routine matters such as account openings, signatory updates, and bank fee analysis.

Assist in administering treasury systems and tools, including treasury management systems (TMS) and banking platforms.
Support the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance treasury operations efficiency.

Financial Risk Management:
Assist in monitoring and analyzing financial risk exposures, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
Support the implementation of hedging strategies and risk mitigation techniques under the guidance of senior treasury staff.
Maintain documentation and records related to treasury transactions and risk management activities.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Ability to effectively communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, both verbally and in writing (Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)Minimum of 3 years of experience in a treasury, finance, or accounting role, with exposure to cash management and financial analysis.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS) and banking platforms is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with banking products and services, including cash management, payments, and account reconciliation.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA ) is a plus but not required.
