Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare and ensure prompt submission of reports
  • Resourcefully seek out and identify suitable suppliers or service providers to meet operational needs
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication within the organization, ensuring information flow and timely updates
  • Responsible for ensuring an adequate stock of PPE & engineering items and keep accurate records of inventory, including updated calibration
  • Coordinate shipment processes related to NCDR matters
  • Follow up and maintain engineers' internal trainings and other documentations
  • Understand the Visa and PVP application processes by law to coordinate with engineers to obtain required documents for overseas business/training
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management or its equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
  • A meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
