Ensure Reception & Registration procedure of patients for specialist clinics are executed in a professional manner.
Ensure Billing & Collection procedures are executed in a professional manner. All charges are correctly and completely included for services rendered.
Accepting payments, issue official receipt and submit the collection to Accounts Department according to defined work instruction.

Answer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional mannerSchedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient appointments and visits.

Cover-up for ordering of stock, medical supplies and office requirementsEnsure that the front desk area is always clean and presentable.

Perform other administrative duties as required.

Minimum SPM. Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply.1 to 3 years of experience.
Able to work on SaturdayHighly responsible & reliable.
Must be customer-service orientated.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Good personalityRequired language(s): Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.
