To establish, maintain and update staff database into HR systems.
Handling recruitment, hiring staffs and process relevant documentation.
Monitor staff movement, transfer, promotion, resignation, etc to ensure the employee records are always up-to-date.
Assist to prepare job advertisement and source for candidates to fill up the available vacancies.
Arrange interviews, follow-up after interview, prepares Appointment Letter, Job Description and conduct basic orientation for new staff.
Responsible for the issuance of HR-related correspondences such as Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, Bank Account Opening Lattes, etc.
Monitor staff-retirement age and process the necessary documentation such as Notice of Retirement & Re-Hiring, Medical Check-up arrangements.
Handle foreign workers' permit application, permit renewal and repatriation.
Assist to monitor and highlight employee disciplinary matters.
Liaison with relevant government bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax pertaining to staff matters.
Assist in company events or activities such as Annual Dinner, Company Anniversary, etc.
Any other assignments as and when required.

Minimum qualification of a diploma/degree in Human Resources Management, Business administration or equivalent or with minimum1- 2 years' experience in HR & Admin Generalist.

Communicate well in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English and coordination skills.

Multitask, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solvingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionPrior working experience in 500 headcounts and factory environment are an added advantage.

Knowledge in HR2000 System will be an added advantage.
