You will lead, plan, and run all phases of project delivery, from inception to delivery. You will also have the autonomy to make decisions, manage key stakeholders, and ensure that each project exceeds expectations in terms of quality, budget, and time-line.

about the job

Overseeing all phases of property development projects, from initial concept through to completion.Developing and managing project budgets, time-lines, and schedules.Leading multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.Managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, local authorities, and community representatives.Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Preparing and presenting reports on project status, performance, and financials to senior management. skills & experiences required
Bachelor's in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architecture or any equivalent8 years in project development & management, delivering complex residential, commercial, or mixed-use projectsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a team
