Insurance Onboarding Associate

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance and Finance, Marketing, or a related field is necessary. Possessing an advanced degree or industry certification would be an additional advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience is required. Of these, at least 5 years should be in roles related to transformation and digital solutions, with a specific focus on insurance onboarding, project management, or related positions within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven Track Record: Candidates should have a demonstrated history of developing and successfully executing project plans and strategies.
- Strong comprehension of insurance operations and an understanding of client service requirements is essential.
- Travel Insurance Experience: If applicable, experience in travel insurance (specifically reinsurance) partnerships is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Has proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Willing to Travel: Open to traveling as necessary for partner meetings and events.

- Drive improvements in onboarding efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Manage travel insurance partnerships, fostering strong relationships with partners.
- Collaborate with partners to align goals, implement initiatives, and boost business growth.
- Establish best practices, policies, and procedures for insurance onboarding to ensure operational excellence
