  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance and Finance, Marketing, or a related field is necessary. Possessing an advanced degree or industry certification would be an additional advantage.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience is required. Of these, at least 5 years should be in roles related to transformation and digital solutions, with a specific focus on insurance onboarding, project management, or related positions within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Proven Track Record: Candidates should have a demonstrated history of developing and successfully executing project plans and strategies.
  • Strong comprehension of insurance operations and an understanding of client service requirements is essential.
  • Travel Insurance Experience: If applicable, experience in travel insurance (specifically reinsurance) partnerships is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Has proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willing to Travel: Open to traveling as necessary for partner meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for travel insurance onboarding and partnerships.
  • Create comprehensive strategies and project plans for seamless insurance business transitions, prioritizing minimal disruption and client satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to effectively implement strategies within specified timelines and goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end insurance onboarding processes, collaborating with internal teams for efficient execution.
  • Drive improvements in onboarding efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Manage travel insurance partnerships, fostering strong relationships with partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to align goals, implement initiatives, and boost business growth.
  • Establish best practices, policies, and procedures for insurance onboarding to ensure operational excellence
  • Continuously monitor and enhance processes to provide high-quality client services.
