Carry out human resources annual planning, personnel recruitment planning and implementation

Performance management:
design and implement performance evaluation system, organize performance evaluation regularly and provide feedback

Training and development:

identify staff training needs, design and implement training plans, including new staff induction training, skills training, etcLabor contract management: Responsible for the process management of employee contract signing, renewal, change and termination to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Deal with labor relations issues, such as dispute mediation, turnover management, etc., maintain good labor relations.

Formulate and sort out human resource management system and related policies, and implement them to ensure effective implementation of policiesPerform related work as assigned.



Education Requirement:
Graduation from a three-year college or university, with major work in human resource management, business administration, or law

Working Experience:

Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in manufacturing industryAble to independently carry out HR related work, good at recruitment management, employee relations and performance management and other personnel management.

Familiar with Employment Act, policies, laws and regulations, understand the business operation practices of various professional sectors of human resources management.

Have good communication and coordination ability, analysis and judgment ability and legal awareness, strong ability to work under pressure.
Prefer candidate with fluency in Mandarin (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
