A leading new advanced technology manufacturer is looking for **HR Executive (Recruitment) **to join the team.
As a **HR Executive (Recruitment)**, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
