Kuala Selangor, Malaysia FA Herbs Sdn Bhd Full time

* To perform full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, staff claim, performance appraisal, preparing letters, attendance and records, compensation, reporting and analysis, employee relations and etc
- To perform recruitment processes including advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, and coordination, reference checks
- To coordinate internal and external trainings, events and programs
- To formulate and implement HR policies, standard procedures (SOP) and standard forms, including HR related standard for the specified job area assigned
- Develop the annual training plan/calendar/annual training budget based on the training need analysis on a yearly basis
- Liaison with all governmental department to ensure compliance with legal governmental requirements
- To provide counselling and monitor employee performance, while also assisting in handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues
- To ensure compliance with local and national labour laws and regulations
- To assist in staff resignation process, such as termination formalities and staff exit interview
- To prepare and process employment contract and NDA
- To maintain and update job descriptions and requirements
- Processing of attendance record, submission of EPF, SOSCO and etc on a timely manner, monthly payroll and reports
- To maintain and update company's handbook, organization chart, policies and procedures
- To prepare disciplinary letters and staff memo/announcements
- To develop, deliver and evaluate the quality of training programs and plan improvements to future trainings
- To prepare and conduct new employee induction program
- To lead in performance management exercise for confirmation, renewal and monthly/annually performance review
- To perform administration task especially related to HR

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
