Position Overview:
As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a crucial role in the management and administration of human resources functions within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's overall objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.

Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through various initiatives.

Performance Management:

- Implement performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Monitor and track employee performance metrics and provide reports to management as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing.
- Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.

HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years experienced in Human Resources field.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
