Executive - Human Resources

To manage the end to end learning and development processes including:
1. Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business.
a. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
b. Design and expand training and development program based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
2. Work in a team to produce program that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.
3. Produce training materials for in-house courses.
4. Consider the costs of planned program and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program.
5. Devise individual learning plans.
6. Manage and coordinate the delivery of training and development program and, in a more senior role, devise a training strategy for the organization.
7. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
8. Evaluate training and development program.
9. Amend and revise program as necessary in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
10. Help Head of Department and trainers solve specific training problems.
11. Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with managers.
12. Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
13. Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
14. Manage training budget.
15. Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
16. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
17. Carry out and support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
18. Support other HR functional activities.
19. Coordinate with external training provider to manage public training requisition.
20. Engage with external training provider to manage in-house training.
**QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCES**
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation capabilities.
Experience in work areas related to Learning & Development.
**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
