HR Executive

Managing and supporting manpower management in order to achieve the company's needs and requirements.
- Assist in payroll preparation and statutory payments.
- Liaise with all departments on any matters related to HR.
- Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
- Support in the handling of disciplinary, complaints, grievance and compliance issues for employees based on the Company's policies and rules.
- Undertake any other responsible admin duties or projects as may be determined by the Head of Department.
**Requirement (Qualification / Experience / Training)**:
- Familiar with Gov website: E-PLKS, MyEG, FOMEMA, SPIKPA, etc.
- At least 3 Year of working experience.
- Able to join us immediately would be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport with valid driving license B2/D.
- Able to start work immediately
- Able to travel and be on-call anytime, at any urgency.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
